About Rough Hands JJJ

Rough Hands JJJ is an independent Japanese Ju Jitsu Dojo, and one of several programs that make up the Rough Hands BJJ family. At Rough Hands we believe in a life of persistence, perseverance, and constant improvement. We don’t espouse violence, but we love the fight. The fight against our shortcomings, our limits, our weaknesses; the fight against our fears. The fight to improve our lives and the lives of those around us.

Our Japanese Ju Jitsu program is rooted in the time honored traditional art created by the Samurai, with a modern twist for today’s world.
